Being a Christian is tough, take heart! Living a Christian life isn’t easy. I sometimes wish it was, but the Bible doesn’t promise us an easy life. It promises the opposite in fact. Somehow through God’s perfect plan he uses trials to mold us and develop us for his purposes. We can have peace in knowing the Bible affirms that we'll face trials. God isn't surprised one bit by our troubles. Take heart and endure. God says there will be trials, but he doesn’t say we have to figure it out on our own. He doesn’t even want us to figure it out on our own. Lean on those around you when you need to. In return, be a support to those going through trials. Allow God to work through others to support you when you need it. In doing so both the giver and receiver are blessed at the same time.

John 16:33 (NLT) I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.
