Tuesday Truth - Spiritual Disciplines
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

5 spiritual disciplines you can practice when spending time with God:
- Give thanks – have you experienced healing, answered prayers, God’s blessings, give thanks to Him.
- Spend a few minutes in silence – this can be really challenging in the busy world we live in. Maybe when you wake up hit the snooze and be still thanking God for the work, He has done in your life. Maybe you take a deep breath and bring your prayers to God during this quite time. Start with 60 seconds and after a week try 2 minutes. You will truly sense peace that only God can provide.
- Remember Whose you are – God loves you and He died for you.
- Meditate on God’s Word – Read one scripture or chapter every day.
- Focus of God – “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Philippians 4:8 NIV
