Are you listening? God intends to speak to us. John 10:27 says “My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.” What would happen if every day we made listening a priority? How does one do that? It’s important to step away from the noise and find a quiet place. Don’t put God in a box with regards to how He may speak to you. It may be through obvious paths such as the Bible, but he may even speak through a donkey!? Being in tune with God’s word is crucial and memorization is a great way to do that. Don’t forget that God can speak through you as well. We are commanded to go to all nations. That isn’t just for missionaries or a mission trip, that is a command for us every day, whether at work or play. You must be intentional with listening and obeying.
