Today's Tuesday Truth is found in John 14:12-14

"Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it."

Jesus Himself is saying that there is great power in prayer, and great power in praying in His holy name. When you study the Bible you learn all of the different great things that Jesus did during His time on earth. To think that He tells us that we will do ever GREATER things than that when we pray in His name is simply astounding! There are stories every day from all across the world of changed lives, special healing, or a source of comfort that comes from prayer.
