Today we want to recognize one of our outstanding managers from the Pizza Ranch in Harlan, Iowa. We received this note from a guest describing how Jackie took care of a family with such genuine care and Service From the Heart. Way to be legendary, Jackie! 

"I want to compliment Pizza Ranch worker Jackie Cote at the Harlan, Iowa location. Last night my husband was working late so I decided to take my 3 boys to Pizza Ranch for a treat (and so I didn't have to cook! :) ) We had just gotten our food and sat down at the last open booth when out of NOWHERE my 7 year old became ill. He was so embarrassed, I was panicked and was trying to clean him and the table up as best I could (it was a mess) when Jackie came by. She immediately went to get me a bucket and some water and told me to just go and they would take care of it. I stayed long enough to try cleaning up the bulk of the mess (though I know they had a lot of work to do after we left :( ) and before I left she brought me a complimentary card that will allow us to come back another time free of charge. She was so kind! As a mom I have been in that very difficult situation with one of my other boys one other time and I will never forget how I was NOT met with the same kindness that Jackie showed me last night. I have always loved our little Pizza Ranch in Harlan, but now I love it more."
