The Bible says that we have all sinned and have fallen short.  The Bible says that there is no one righteous, not even one.  But the Bible also says that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins.

Daniel says an amazing prayer of confession for himself and the people of Israel that acknowledges God’s faithfulness and Israel’s unfaithfulness.  He appeals to God’s mercy in a powerful and meaningful way.  May each of us do the same.
