Ephesians 4:26 says "...do not let the sun go down on your anger."
This simple instruction can have many positive impacts on a person's life when they follow it. I think we've all experienced a situation where we were upset with somebody or something before going to sleep. When it is not reconciled beforehand, it can cause for less sleep and rest than that which is ideal. That is not good for a woman or man who is intending to make the most out of the following day.
Therefore, follow the instructions of Paul to "not let the sun go down on your anger" the next time you feel frustration or anger towards the end of the night. Be sure to communicate with the person you are having a disagreement with, clear the air, pray, and rest well.
