For many of us in the mid-west it has been a LOOOOOOOONG winter! Now that warmer weather is here, how will you get out and enjoy it?

I challenge you to be intentional with finding ways to be active and get outside. Go for a run, a walk, go to the lakes, a bike ride, round of golf, etc. Before you know it the leaves will start falling and shortly behind that the snow will be here again. Make the most of the warmer weather while it's here.
