How much time do you spend on your phone each day? It will probably surprise you -

Most iPhones have a screen-time app that will track how often you pick up your phone, time spent on it, and apps most commonly used. For me, over the last week I've averaged 94 pickups a day and 2 Hours and 30 Minutes on my phone! If I'm awake for 16 hours a day, I am picking up my phone 6 times an hour and spending 15% of my day looking down at a little screen!

Take a moment to think about how much you waste time on this device that people, just 15 years ago, didn't have and survived just fine.

Put down your phone! Spend time with your family, go for a walk, do a devotional or just sit in peace and quiet and talk with God.
