Thursday Thoughts

So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
— 1 Corinthians 10:31

Life can be very difficult at times and none of us would choose the difficulties. It’s during these times we question the “why”. Sometimes these challenges can be the result of our poor decisions. Other times we can’t see the purpose in our suffering. It’s not easy to understand and accept that God allows us to struggle through difficult times. We may not be able to discern the good or the lesson that we are being taught in the moment. It is during these times that we need to hang onto Christ with everything we have so that we are able to come through the storm more reliant on Him.
For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. Isaiah 41:13
