Tuesday Truth – Revival is Possible

Ever find yourself in a bad situation and think, “How did I get here?” Sometimes we can pin point poor choices we made that clearly led us down a path of destruction. Other times, and probably more often, we slip slowly into a lifestyle or habit of something undesirable. Sin creeps in rather than storms the door of our life. Over time maybe we’ve become judgmental, quick tempered, hard-hearted, or some other undesirable trait. The good news is that regardless of how you arrived in a bad situation or how long you’ve been there you can make a different choice today. Choose to be revived by Christ and start living the life he’s called you to. It requires turning back to God. He’s been there all along, ready and waiting for you. Keep in mind that revival may not be an instant transformation, it often required difficult changes, along with patience, growing and understanding. But the results will be life changing, life giving, and eternal!

18 Then we will never abandon you again.
Revive us so we can call on your name once more.

19 Turn us again to yourself, O Lord God of Heaven’s Armies.
Make your face shine down upon us.
Only then will we be saved.
