Brian Botello at 19 years old was killed in Action April 1st, 2007, his mom Karyn Brophy wanted to honor her son Brian by supporting others. Brian's birthday was May 28 he would have turned 36 years old.

Brian loved wrestling, so Karyn visited with her manager Jenny and they came up with the idea to support 2 young men Aden and Eli Rieb who have been invited to the Disney Duals in Orlando, Florida, which are June 19-26. Jenny contacted the boys mom Kesty Rieb and she was very touched that Karyn wanted to help support her boys and posted this note:

"Words can’t describe the emotions felt today when I received the call that THIS was being set in motion. How do you accept this type of gift when their family gave the ultimate sacrifice? But, what a privilege for my boys to be blessed to represent Brian’s memory, to celebrate his birth, honor his sacrifice & to love the sport he did. We honor the fallen by remembering; we honor by carrying them forward in life with us, by letting them live on in others. Much love to his mama."

We set the date May 29th to have community impact. Both families were together at the Pizza Ranch for this event. They raised around $500 for this amazing event celebrating Brian's life on this Memorial Day! Photo is Brian's mom, Aden and Eli!
