"You are what you eat" is a pretty common saying. Mostly referring to your diet, and how your body and mind feel based on the foods you eat. I would also apply this same logic to "you are what you consume", referring to items outside of food. Who you spend your time around, what you see on television and on social media shapes who you are and your perspective on things. Be mindful of what you are consuming. Rather than scrolling through Facebook or Instagram for 30 minutes, how about you open up your Bible?
Romans 2:12 - "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."
