Pizza Ranch Bloomington

Great customer service. The place was very busy but, the few employees on duty kept things going great! Buffet, salad and dessert bar fully stocked.

I like Bloomington, IL Pizza Ranch better than Morton, IL because if you special order a pizza, they bring it to your table. At Morton, they call out your number and you hope you hear it.

I go to Pizza Ranch at least once a week with my wife and child. The food is always on point. Regretfully I have to share that last night (10/19/22) we went around 7:30pm and that was the first time we ever had nasty pizza at the Ranch. The pizza tasted like it had been sitting in the buffet for an hour. The look and texture were the same as the taste, old and chewy. If this had been my first time visiting, I would not ever go back. Being a loyal customer, I know this is not the norm for Pizza Ranch. Hopefully next trip it will be back up to Pizza Ranch standards.

they kept running out of the salted carmel dessert and that was the reason we went there for my birthday. They knew we were waiting and were just about ready to leave when a gal brought out a box with 4 large pieces in it just for me to take home and she wished me a happy birthday.

Food is always good. Love how they greet us and ask if there is a pizza we want to order. Very good friend chicken.

The manager, along with his staff was very caring, polite and professional which i truly appreciate because that’s the way a business should be conducted; i hadn’t been to the restaurant since the pandemic and was quite hesitant about eating “ buffet style “ again. However, with my experience on this trip i will attend Pizza Ranch again soon because the food was also delicious 😋, the restaurant was neat and clean and the courteous service was a home run for me! Thank you and keep up the good work!!!

Great customer service

Delivery guys was nice. Your pizza's AMAZING, your chicken so-so. But worst of all, you forgot my dipping sauce. I'm sure I'll order again. 😊

They were under a boil order. No soda machines worked. No mashed potatoes and gravy which is what we specifically went there for. No soup.

We were very disappointed. We got there around 12:30 and there was very little pizzas out and they were old been there for awhile. Took them a good 45 minutes to bring out more. We visit Pizza Ranch in Bloomington often and never had a problem. Not sure what was the issue with Springfield IL.

Always a favorite place when we are in Bloomington. We especially appreciate the Christian music too!

I think we were overcharged. 3 adults, 1 senior, 1 6 year old cost $62 after $10 off from rewards card. Also sad that chicken fries and mac and cheese are never on the buffet anymore

1 - Special requested Pizza came with pineapple on it which was not requested. If sister had been with me, would not be able to enjoy as allergic to pineapple.
2 - requested pizza was not brought to our table 1st (as done previously) but we're told it was now on the public pizza bar.
3 - 1st time back since covid. Won't be back if requested pizza isn't served 1st to requestor before put out to public.
