In Hebrews 4:1-7 God reminds us of the place of rest he has created for those who put their faith in Jesus. He also tells us that those who don’t believe will not be permitted to enter into his rest. As much as I like the sound of entering God’s rest, it also brings about a sense of concern for those that don’t believe. As Christians, we are called to spread the good news. Do you feel an urgency in telling others about Jesus and how forgiveness of our sins and eternal rest can be found only in him? God wants as many people as possible to join him in the rest only he can provide. Who in your life today can you share the Good News of Jesus with?
