You are hated!

Satan hates God…so if you claim to be a Christ follower…Satan hates you.

The world hates God…so if you claim to be a Christ follower…the world hates you.

-Why?  Because of the things Jesus said and did:

                1)  He exposed how fake people were.

                2)  He made them see their sin.

                3)  He condemned the things people loved…the earthly, sensual things.

                4)  He preached self-denial, not self-indulgence.

As Christians, in the place of Jesus, we do the same thing.  Or do we?

Big question:  Do people associate you with Christ?  Or, do they associate you with the world? 

If you are a Christ follower today, you are hated by this world.  Understand that it comes with the territory.  Be associated with Him anyways.  It will never be easy.  Set yourself apart by being a person that loves others.  Be a person who shows grace.  If we can’t do this, we become the noise, the problem, the barrier, and just another cause for unbelief.
