Thursday Thoughts - Consider the Wildflowers
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
— 1 Corinthians 10:31
“Consider how the wildflowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you—you of little faith!" -Luke 12:27-28
As we have reflected on many beautiful aspects of God’s creation this week, I thought it was appropriate to end with a reminder that God cares more deeply for you than all other aspects of creation. When we admire the care and attention to detail God had when creating plants, animals, and natural processes, we can be reminded that He takes even greater care in planning our lives.
