The Waite Park Pizza Ranch is holding a "Community Impact" tonight, but this one will not be like the traditional impact nights. Historically those events are set aside to raise funds for a local charity group or sports team. This event will be more of an "Internal Community Impact night" that is meant to help lift up the staff members of the restaurant. The Leadership within that store has opted to forgo some much needed sales for one night to instead celebrate their staff, who over the last 12 + months through COVID and now with the labor shortages have no doubt been overworked.

Thankful for the example Waite Park is showing here. Important to find a balance in life between working hard but also laying your pack down for a minute to remember and reflect upon the "why" of what you do.
