Wednesday Stories of Impact - Storm Lake Miracle
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
— 1 Corinthians 10:31
Today’s Story of Impact features an amazing testimony of God’s work in a young man’s life from Storm Lake, IA.
From living the partying and drinking life to being a full-time worker, trying to be better than he was, Aaron had things going for him. He went to school for Diesel Tech and started working at a feed mill. However, things started to go downhill. He went down the path of drinking and driving resulting in him losing his job and disappointing his loved ones. Years later he gets hospitalized in a mechanical accident at his job because of heavy drinking the night before. It was three weeks after his major accident that the doctors told his family he may die when they take tubes out. Through the grace of God, he pulled through. There were many times that he was believed to be dead, but miraculously Aaron made it through. After his recovery, he left his previous job and started looking for a new one. He applied to the Storm Lake Pizza Ranch. He was previously an employee of the manager, Jenny, and not knowing Aaron's story she took a chance on him. Now, after six months, he is one of the hardest-working employees. He has been sober for almost two years and is constantly working for a better life.
Aaron said he knows God has a plan for him. He is trying so hard daily to get through. He is a miracle and knows that. Praise God for what He has done in Aaron’s life and what is still come for him!
