Living generously. There are many verses in the Bible about living a generous life. I love the above verse, how it talks about getting refreshed by refreshing others. What does that mean to be refreshed? There are a lot of meanings, some of them are the following:

A few years ago I kept hearing about honoring God, so I decided to do some research on what does it exactly mean to honor God. I learned quite a bit, and that there are many ways to honor God.

We’ve been going through the Book of Acts here at the Pizza Ranch Support Center. In Acts 12:6-11 we see an angel being used to deliver Peter from captivity. He had been put in jail by Herod Agrippa, who intended to put him to death after the big feast. An amazing story of what prayer can do. Today we asked two questions:

Matthew 28: 16-20 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

For the first day of school, my son was asked to share some things about himself so his teacher could get to know him. His favorite food. A hobby he enjoys. And among the other things, his favorite Bible verse or story. Without hesitation he told me "Daniel in the lion's den!" So that got us thinking ....

We love hearing how our restaurants support their communities and become a gathering place for its members. The Manchester Pizza Ranch recently opened its doors to some college students looking to raise money to support an amazing cause and the community responded with their support.

So often God reveals himself to us, but we are too distracted to notice. This morning my heart and mind are racing from thought to thought. Remember to pack swim towels. Fill the dog's water one more time before we leave the house.
